Qualification/Experience
Essential:
Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
At least 20 years of experience in the field of general administration, man management and material management
• Must have 2 to 4 years of experience of supply chain management and large-scale procurement in a mega organization.
• Working experience in above-mentioned fields in a public and international organization will be preferred
Desirable:
Supply Chain (Diploma) having a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
Essential:
MSc/MS/MPhil in the relevant discipline in Humanities or Social Sciences from a reputable local/foreign HEC recognized university.
20 years' experience in a public or private sector knowledge-based organization/ think tank/policy centre higher education institution
5-10 years' experience of multi-regional, multi domain knowledge diplomacy in a university based thinktank/ research organization
5-10 years expertise in knowledge/research based domestic and international collaborations, stakeholders engagement and strategic partnership development.
Desirable:
PhD in the relevant discipline in Humanities or Social Sciences from HEC recognized local/foreign university
An accomplished entrepreneur, former senior diplomat, civil servant, or former senior military officer
Additional teaching experience in a Higher Education Institution in Humanities or Social Sciences.
MPhil degree in social sciences and related fields.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in a public organization is required. At least 12 years of experience in government relations, public administration, preferably in a university or govemment training institution
10-12 years of teaching experience in a public or private academic institution.
