Job Description:
Implement SOPs and ensure operational excellence across all locations in coordination with Head Office strategy and Logistics Park Management team.
Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and head office management, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Oversee nationwide operations to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy and desired results in coordination with the Logistics Park Management team.
Gather operational data from regional teams for management reporting and consolidate monthly P&L statements in collaboration with the finance team.
Maintain and manage a centralized record of resources, including operations, staff, inventory, MHEs, and vendors, as well as logistics parks' OPEX and CAPEX.
Monitor and present the P&L of nationwide warehouses, ensuring financial oversight aligns with business objectives.
Enforce compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies through the Manager Operations Logistics Parks.
Drive efficient resource allocation for warehousing operations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and logistics industry.

Oversee warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control.
Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Manage warehouse operations based on operational KPIs and cost budgets.
Monitor and review monthly scorecards and KPIs, ensuring performance meets targets.
Manage headcount, direct labor, and temporary labor, optimizing resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve safety, security, environmental, and quality standards through inspections.
Manage stock control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
Identify training needs and ensure a safe working environment for all operational staff.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory and daily operations, including inbound and outbound activities, as per customer and management requirements.
