Job Opportunity Announcement: HTV Heavy Transport Trailer Drivers

Position: HTV Heavy Transport Trailer Drivers

NLC invites applications for immediate recruitment of professional and trained HTV Heavy Trailer Drivers for vacant positions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 28 to 52 years.
  • Health: Must be medically fit.
  • Education: Minimum middle education (matriculation preferred).
  • License: Valid HTV Driving License is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Monthly Salary: PKR 64,380 (includes monthly ration allowance).
  2. Performance-Based Incentives:
    • Additional PKR 40,000 monthly bonus.
    • Cash rewards of PKR 15,000 to PKR 30,000 for meeting monthly targets.
    • Annual performance bonus equivalent to 4-8 basic salaries.
  3. Employee Benefits:
    • Leave as per NLC service rules.
    • CP fund, group insurance, and free medical facilities.
    • Annual medical allowance of up to PKR 150,000 for family members.

Test & Interview Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided.
