TEMPORARY VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is a government-owned, not-for-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The NDRMF provides grant financing for projects aimed at enhancing Pakistan's resilience to climate change and other natural hazards. It also strengthens the government's capacity to respond to disasters triggered by natural hazards.

NDRMF seeks young, dynamic, and qualified students/professionals for the following Islamabad-based positions:

1. Research Analyst - Environment & Social Safeguards (3 positions - 6 months maximum)

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in social sciences such as Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, Environment, Gender Studies, or related fields. Candidates pursuing a master's degree are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel).
  • Experience: Previous research experience in Environment, Gender, Social Safeguards, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 35 years.

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

NDRMF also seeks qualified professionals for the following Islamabad-based positions on a performance-based contract:

1. Assistant Manager Internal Audit (1 position)

  • Qualification: ICMA (Inter), CA (Inter), ACCA (Qualified), or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their articles from one of the Big Four accounting firms.
  • Maximum Age: 57 years.

2. Corporate Governance Executive (1 position)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Law from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate/legal environment, with a focus on executive office administration, meeting coordination, and documenting minutes of Board Meetings.
  • Maximum Age: 57 years.

3. Front Desk Executive (Executive Assistant) (1 position)

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a front desk executive or receptionist.
  • Maximum Age: 57 years.
