  1. Advisor (Academics) - OG-IV

    • Pay Scale: Rs. 220,000 - 10,000 - 420,000
    • Number of Posts: 1
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Ph.D./M.Phil/M.Sc. or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
      • Relevant experience: 15 years (Ph.D.), 25 years (M.Phil), or 30 years (M.Sc.) in a university or equivalent organization.
      • Specialization in a relevant area is essential.
      • Practitioners with significant teaching and management experience may be considered for Distinguished Faculty Member positions.
      • Retired ambassadors, diplomats, government servants, or subject specialists from Pakistan Armed Forces may also apply without a Ph.D., provided they possess relevant expertise and international exposure.

  2. Registrar

    • Pay Scale: Equivalent to OG-IV (Negotiable)

    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • M.Phil/MSc from an accredited university recognized by HEC.
      • Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience.
      • Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory.
      • Retired employees (Army/Civilian) may be considered on a contractual basis.
      • Preference for candidates with teaching experience in HEC recognized universities and experience in a Registrar's office.

  3. Computer Programmer

    • Pay Scale: Equivalent to OG-I (Negotiable)
    • Number of Posts: 1
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • MCS/MIT/BCS/BIT (4 years) from an HEC recognized university.
      • 3 years of relevant work experience in software program development.
      • Knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, C#, and Entity Framework is preferred.
      • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JavaScript/jQuery).
      • Experience with SQL database and query optimization, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

  4. Assistant Registrar - OG-I

    • Pay Scale: Rs. 96,000 - 4,000 - 176,000
    • Number of Posts: 1
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
      • 3 years of relevant experience in an accredited university or educational institution.
      • Computer proficiency is essential.

    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • MLS with 2 years of working experience in a university or government/semi-government organization.

      • M.Sc. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university.
      • Strong written and communication skills.
