WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Position Details

1. Assistant Director

  • Maximum Age: 37 Years

2. Deputy Assistant Director

  • Maximum Age: 30 Years

Educational Background

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in:

    • Project Management

    • Computer Science

    • Business Administration

    • Or equivalent in a related field

  • Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree (18 years of education) in a relevant field

  • Note: All degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC (Higher Education Commission)

Professional Experience

Assistant Director

  • Experience Required: Preferably 5 years in managing large-scale projects

  • Sectors: Public Sector or Multinational Organizations

  • Additional Preference: PMP Certification

Deputy Assistant Director

  • Experience Required: Preferably 2 years in similar roles

  • Sectors: Public Sector or Multinational Organizations

  • Additional Preference: PMP Certification

Skills & Competencies (Applicable to Both Positions)

  • Program oversight and strategic support

  • Report submission, project planning, and implementation monitoring

  • Risk management and milestone tracking

  • Management Information System (MIS) and dashboards handling

  • Stakeholder engagement (internal & external)

  • Customer review analysis and statistics handling

  • Project and office management tasks

  • Experience in Verification Services

  • Ability to perform any other assigned duties

  • Islamabad

Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Duration: Initially for 5 years, extendable if required

  2. Right to Reject: NADRA management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without explanation

  3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews

  4. Disqualification: Providing false information will lead to disqualification

  5. Government Employees: Must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview

  6. Age Relaxation: 5 years of general age relaxation is already included

  7. Medical & Character Certificates: Required from selected candidates

  8. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible

  9. Degree Verification: HEC-attested degrees are mandatory at the time of interview

  10. Inclusivity: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply

  11. Electronic Devices: Not allowed during test/interview (e.g., mobile phones, smartwatches)
