WALK-IN INTERVIEW

Under the provisions of Regulations 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position: Assistant Workshop Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Retired Army NCO from Corps of EME are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in managing inventory within a workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Workshop Supervisor in planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily workshop activities.
Ensure smooth and effective completion of repairs and services.
Monitor workshop staff, providing feedback, guidance, and support.
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections, diagnosing issues, and determining necessary repairs.
Support inventory management, ensuring availability of parts, tools, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Step in to supervise workshop operations in the absence of the Workshop Supervisor.

Position: Deputy Director (Compliance Audit)

Maximum Age: 44 Years
Job Location: Islamabad

Educational Background:

Minimum Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in a related field.
Degree Recognition: Degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Experience:

Preferably 8 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or business development.

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Oracle Financials 118 R12.
Strong understanding of financial systems and database software.
Competency in payroll & pension calculations.
Experience in developing business plans and budgets.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
In-depth knowledge of procurement-to-payment cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Effective time management and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
High accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Terms & Conditions:

The selected candidate will initially be hired for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
