Job Positions & Requirements

1. District Coordinator

• Max Age: 37 Years
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Business Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization (preferred)
• Location: District Kurram

2. Officer-in-Charge (OIC)

• Max Age: 30 Years
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Management Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university (16 years of education)
• Experience:
  • One (01) year post-qualification experience (preferred)
• Location: District Kurram

3. Junior Executive (Male & Female)

• Max Age: 25 Years
• Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent
• Experience: Preferably 1-year experience in Data Entry
• Location:
  • District Bajour
  • District Khyber
  • District North Waziristan
  • District Kurram
  • District Orakzai

4. Office Boy

• Max Age: 40 Years
• Qualification: Matric/Middle
• Experience: No experience required
• Location: District Kurram

5. Security Guard

• Max Age: 45 Years
• Qualification: Matric/Middle
• Experience: No experience required
• Location: District Kurram

6. Generator Operator

• Max Age: 40 Years
• Qualification:
  • DAE (Electrical or Mechanical) / Matric along with one-year Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical from a reputed institution
• Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience
• Location: District Kurram

7. Lady Searcher

• Max Age: 40 Years
• Qualification: Primary/Middle
• Experience: No experience required
• Location:
  • District North Waziristan
  • District Kurram

Terms & Conditions

1. Only residents of respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile are eligible to apply for one location only.
2. Candidates with CNIC/Domicile of the respective Tehsil will be preferred for selection.
3. Selected candidates will be initially hired on a contract basis for 1 year (extendable if required).
4. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limits mentioned.
5. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) at the time of the interview.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
7. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
8. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without providing a reason.
9. Candidates must provide attested degrees/certificates from their respective educational boards.
10. Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates before joining.
11. Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not allowed during the test/interview.
12. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
13. Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
14. Any candidate found submitting fake documents, false information, or using unfair influence will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.
15. Selected candidates must serve at the designated project site. No requests for posting to other districts will be entertained. However, the management reserves the right to relocate based on project requirements.

These positions are for a specific project location. Selected candidates will not be entitled to permanent or contractual employment at NADRA. Their services will end upon project completion.
