WE ARE HIRING

NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

BS/BE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
A Master’s degree in a related field will be preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in data center management and operations.
Experience in Data Center Designing, RFP/RFQ/SLA formulations.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ISO 27001, etc.).
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing SOPs, policies, and guidelines for passive infrastructure management.
Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical power and cooling calculations.
Coordination with vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of passive infrastructure.
Collaboration with IT and network teams to support active infrastructure needs.

Bachelor’s (16 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent in a related field.
Master’s in Computer Science or MBA will be an added advantage.
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.

Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement, with at least 8 years in IT procurement at a well-reputed organization.

Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, especially in government departments.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks and compliance issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High accuracy in collecting and analyzing data for documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with procurement of IT software/hardware and technologies.

Terms & Conditions:

Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
Five years of relaxation in the age limit is already included in the specified maximum age.
Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from HEC/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of the interview.
