NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Position Details

Maximum Age: 37 years
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's (4 Years) in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or an equivalent related field.
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
- Elicit requirements and prepare project proposals.
- Assess program effectiveness based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing recommendations based on findings.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Maximum Age: 37 years
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science or an equivalent related field.
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Draft business requirement documents, technical manuals, use cases, SOPs, user manuals, FAQs, reports, and other documentation.
- Work closely with other departments during the development, testing, and system implementation phases.
- Assist in defining biometric data collection protocols and data storage solutions.
- Knowledge of international best practices in biometric technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Islamabad

Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
The mentioned age limit already includes a 5-year relaxation.
Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.
