WE ARE HIRING

NADRA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the following positions:

1. Position: Chief Legal Officer

  • Max Age: 55 Years
  • Educational Background:
    • Master of Laws (LLM) (Degree must be recognized and attested by HEC)
    • Specialization in Constitutional, Privacy, Administrative, Corporate, or Commercial Law is preferable.
  • Professional Experience:
    • At least 20 years of post-qualification experience practicing law in well-reputed organizations.
    • Proven experience in handling legal matters involving large databases and IT infrastructures.
    • Additional qualifications in Privacy, Data Protection, and Regulatory Affairs are preferred.
    • Advocate of the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan.
  • Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
    • Extensive legal practice experience, focusing on regulatory compliance, data privacy, public administration, and corporate governance.
    • Experience handling HR-related legal issues, corporate litigation, disputes, contract negotiations, and employment law.
    • Previous roles in government and regulatory bodies, especially involving policy development, legal compliance, and managing privacy.
    • Ability to lead, manage, and organize the legal department, aligning functions with organizational goals.
    • Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams in high-stakes scenarios.

2. Position: Director (Security Operations Center - SOC)

  • Max Age: 55 Years
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
    • A Master’s degree in Cyber Security or Information Security will be preferred.
    • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience in a reputable organization.
    • Strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), digital forensic lab management, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
    • Certification in CIS will be preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of critical security functions.
    • In-depth knowledge of service operations and infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven leadership in managing SOC teams, improving incident response times, and modernizing systems.
    • Ability to stay abreast of the latest cyber threats and integrate threat intelligence into SOC operations.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Period: Selected candidates will be hired for an initial contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. Application Acceptance: Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  4. Disqualification: Candidates will be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. Age Relaxation: A 5-year relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  6. Documents Required:
    • Attested educational documents from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be submitted at the time of interview.
    • For foreign degrees, equivalency from HEC must also be provided.
    • Medical Fitness and Character Certificates must be provided.
  7. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Employees serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must provide an NOC at the time of submission of the application.
  8. No TADA: No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
  9. Encouragement: Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  10. Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during interviews.
