We Are Hiring

NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Position: Assistant Director (Network Engineer)

  • Max Age: 37 Years
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecom Engineering / Software Engineering or equivalent
    • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
    • Certifications (CCNP, CCIE Routing and Switching, Fortinet, Hillstone) are a plus

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in troubleshooting, configurations, optimizing performance, and implementing communication network elements including firewalls, switches, NMS, NAC, Wireless and Wired Networks, and other network devices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in configuring and operating various network devices (multi-OEM switches, firewalls, NAC, NMS, network media including Fiber, DSL, VSAT, Radio links, and 3G/4G).
  • Knowledge of IP subnetting, supernetting, CIDR, DHCP, DNS, Proxy, RADIUS, VPN, SSL IPsec.
  • Experience in documenting processes including SOP Creation, Maintenance Manual, Configuration Manuals, IP Scheme, and Support Manuals.
  • Flexibility to work in morning and evening shifts.

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Contract Duration: Initially for 5 years (extendable if needed).
  2. Management's Discretion: Management reserves the right to accept or reject applications without reason.
  3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  4. Disqualification: Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
  5. Government Employees: Serving candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  6. Age Relaxation: 5 years’ relaxation in the age limit is already considered.
  7. Medical and Character Certification: Selected candidates must submit these certificates.
  8. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the interview/test.
  9. Documents: Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be provided.
  10. Inclusive Hiring: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Electronic Devices: No electronic gadgets (phones, smartwatches) will be allowed during the test/interview.
