  1. Director (Database/Cyber Security):

    • Age Limit: 44 years

  2. Assistant Director (Digital Information Security):

    • Age Limit: 44 years

  3. Assistant Director (Security Operations):

    • Age Limit: 40 years

  4. Security Pen Tester:

    • Age Limit: 40 years

  5. Director (Source Code Security/VAPT):

    • Age Limit: 44 years

Educational Background

  • Degrees: Must be recognized by HEC.
  • Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements

Director (Database/Cyber Security)

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in hands-on database security and cyber security roles.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA CySA+, CISSP.
  • Key Skills:
    • Deployment and management of database security tools.
    • Risk management and incident response.
    • Data protection and compliance.

Assistant Director (Digital Information Security)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in information security and governance.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CISA, ISO 27001.
  • Key Skills:
    • Policy formation and enforcement.
    • Understanding cyber threat landscapes.
    • Incident management and resolution.

Assistant Director (Security Operations)

  • Experience: At least 2 years in security operations.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CEH.
  • Key Skills:
    • Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight).
    • Writing reports and conducting audits.
    • Incident monitoring and resolution.

Security Pen Tester

  • Experience: 2 years in secure coding and secure development practices.
  • Certifications (Preferred): SAST tools, OWASP compliance.
  • Key Skills:
    • Static and dynamic code analysis.
    • Secure coding techniques.
    • Collaboration with development teams on code quality.

Director (Source Code Security/VAPT)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in source code security or VAPT roles.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ISO 27001, OWASP, or other security frameworks.
  • Key Skills:
    • Secure DevOps practices.
    • Vulnerability assessment and patch management.
    • Knowledge of cloud-based security.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will be hired initially for a 5-year contract.
  2. Management reserves the right to reject any application without explanation.

  5. Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.
