Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Cyber Security
  • Preferred:
    • Master’s in Cyber Security
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Deputy Director:

    • Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
    • Preferred: Certification in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT.

  2. Assistant Director:

    • Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience.
    • At least 2 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
    • Preferred: Certification in ISO-27001.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of security frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of Information Security, industry best practices, and technological advancements.
  • Strong understanding of threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, identification, analysis, mitigation, IS policy formulation, and SOP writing.
  • Experience in conducting ISO-based audits and creating Information Security Audit Reports.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills for conveying security and compliance information.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating security risks and compliance gaps, with a focus on SIEM, incident management, and incident reports.
  • Experience with web and mobile application assessments and technical reports review.
  • Collaborate on security integration in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, EPP and EDR solutions, and SOAR technology.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Contract Period: 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. False information will lead to disqualification.
  5. Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.

  8. No TA/DA will be provided for interviews/tests.
  9. Attested degrees from HEC/relevant regulatory bodies must be presented during interviews.
