Educational Background

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from an HEC recognized university.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

Assistant Director (Performance Management)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in human resources, preferably in developing and implementing performance management systems at reputable organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Knowledge of designing and implementing organizational performance appraisal processes.
    • Formulate key performance indicators and objective-setting processes.
    • Implement comprehensive performance management and automation plans.
    • Represent performance data through dashboards.

Deputy Assistant Director (Training)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in human resources, preferably in training/organizational development roles at reputable organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Execute training and development programs.
    • Utilize knowledge of learning theories and methodologies to implement training initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the complete training process.
    • Maintain records of training activities and generate reports as needed.

Deputy Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in human resources, preferably in payroll/compensation & benefits/rewards at reputable organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Assist in managing the compensation structure.
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits.
    • Design and manage reward programs.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
    • Generate reports on compensation and other related metrics.

Deputy Assistant Director (Recruitment)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in human resources, preferably in talent acquisition at reputable organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Proficient in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, post-recruitment activities).
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals.
    • Manage the recruitment process including drafting advertisements, screening & shortlisting candidates, maintaining communication, and conducting interviews.
    • Conduct post-recruitment activities, including processing final approvals, offer letters, and onboarding activities.
    • Prepare personal files and maintain recruitment records for reporting & compliance purposes.

Important Notes

  1. Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
  4. Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. A relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  6. Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness and Character Certificate.
  7. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  9. Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  10. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.
  11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during tests and interviews.
