POST MINIMUM QUALIFICATION MAXIMUM AGE EXPERIENCE
PROJECT MANAGER Master's in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) or any other relevant field of study, from an HEC recognized University / institute. Candidate must be Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certified. 45 years 8-12 years of experience working on large-scale projects in public / government sector or for large -scale multinational organization(s).

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • PM will be core responsible for implementation and execution of projects
  • Conduct initial project meetings, negotiations with clients and communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze the opportunities and provide the feedback to management on potential project viability for their final decision
  • Requirement gathering of the project and mutual agreement with the client on the scope of the project after management approval
  • Prepare documents including Project Proposal, MoU, Business Requirement Document and Contract Management till sign off in coordindion with all stakeholders
  • Plan resource allocation and mobilization, prepare initial budget (CAPER/ OPEX) in consultation with irternal stakeholders and acquire all necessary approvals
  • Plan the project activities by adhering to PMI standard or as per guidelines provided by management
  • Schedule all project activities for timely execution of milestones along with managing and monitorhg the critical path
  • Manage deployment teams and resolve any issues faced during execution
  • Manage internal and external communication with all stakeholders and to meet their expectations
  • Monitor the project activities to identify risks and initiate remedal actions for risk mitigation
  • Escalate critical issues to supervisor for timely decisions
  • Acquire final user acceptance against all deliverables from client
  • Solely responsible for updating required documentation on central repository
  • Ensure timely clearance of all invoices from client and resolving any tax and audit related issues of project.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including MS. Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel)
  • Strong hands-on experience working in PM tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera or any other industry standard tools
  • Candidate with strong knowledge of industry standard tools for Project Management, resource planning, project budgeting and a ny other areas applicable to Project Management.
POST MINIMUM QUALIFICATION MAXIMUM AGE EXPERIENCE
BUSINESS ANALYST Masters' in Business Analysis, Computer Sciences, International Business, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University / institute.
Applicants with Business Analysis (B.A) Certification will be preferred
45 Years 7-10 years of experience in a reputable IT Multinational Company, Business Analysis Department in Government sector/ public sector.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals/responses to RFPs, RFIs, EOls and client requirements in collaboration with technical & project management teams.
  • Work in solution domains of digital transformation, biometric and smart ID / caretbased systems, identity/enrollment management, and technology consulting.
  • Packaging of different Solutions / Services
  • Serve as a business process liaison between operational & delivery teams, stakeholders. and functional and technical processowners to achieve optimization and digital transformation goals
  • Conduct workshops with process owners and stakeholders to establish current "As-Is" business process maps, requirements, pain points, and KPIs
  • Performed business process analysis, re-engineering, and optimization of services
  • Provide leadership to cross functional teams
  • Develop Business Cases, Business Processes, Business Requirements Document, and Marketing Content Proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, sales and finance for solution feasibility analysis in technical and cost pespective.

TECHNICAL WRITER 04 Years Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or any other IT degree from an HEC recognized university / institute Candidates with certification in Technical Writing or equivalent professional experience of documenting large scale IT projects shall be preferred. 40 Years 6-8 years       experience working as Technical Writer in large    -scale IT organization with expert level experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Excel

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Convert technical information into easy to understand, useEfriendly, structured documentation for the end-user following Microsoft Manual of Style or any other documentation standards.
  • Drafting, editing and reviewing all business, technical and informatbn-based documentation required during the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with project teams, technical teams and client for drafting required documentation including Project Proposals, RmerPoint Presentations, User Manuals, Technical Manuals, Training Manuals, Functional Specification Documents, Requirement Specifications, Business Requirement Document, Concept Papers / Notes, Press Release, Marketing documents, Online Content (HTML CSS based)
  • Analyze and manage existing and potential content. Store all documentation factoring in versioning for easy retrieval.
  • Design project workflows, architecture diagrams, network diagrams, cover pages, images, and other graphics for deliverables wing industry standard tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio etc.
  • Image Capturing through industry standard tool; familiar with graphic designing using Adobe Suite including Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, SnagIT, Camtasia etc.
  • Experienced in creating business presentations for management on stringent deadlines
  • Experienced in drafting letters, minutes of meetings, internal office coordination, professional e-mails, documentation reviews and preparing reports for management
  • Excellent requirement analysis and information gathering skills.
  • Finalization and conversion of deliverables into View-Ready and Print Ready formats.
  • Familiarity with content and learning management systems (CMS and LMS).
  • Candidates with certification In Technical Writing or equivalent professional experience of documenthg large scale IT projects shall be preferred.
 
POST MINIMUM QUALIFICATION MAXIMUM AGE EXPERIENCE
PROJECT COORDINATOR Minimum qualification of 4 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Business Administration from an HEC recognized University / institute. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. 40 Years Minimum 5 -6 years of experience working as a coordinator in an IT organization. public sector or MNC.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all project activities including project tasks, schedules and any other aspect of the project
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, schedules and minutes of meetings
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team membersto keep workflow on track
  • Support in preparation of Project Proposal, MoU, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Project Plan and Contract Management Ill sign off. Also support teams in preparing training manuals, SOPs, presentations, progress reports, projects execution and closure reports
  • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure development of necessary software, hiring of HR, procurement of equipment, hardware,fixture and furniture along with deployment activities
