Wing Head - Agency and Trustee (VP/SVP)
Divisional Head - Investment Banking Division
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with substantial exposure to Corporate or Investment Banking.
Excellent Relationship Management skills.
Deep understanding of corporate clients’ needs, regulatory frameworks, and the Companies Act, SECP Regulations, Debt Securitization Rules, and Prudential Regulations.
Proficient in financial analysis methodologies, including discounted cash flow, precedent transaction analysis, merger modeling, and leveraged buyout analysis.
Expertise in structuring transactions, agency & trustee functions, and documentation review (including Inter-creditor agreements and debt structuring).
Analyze customer profitability and monitor business on a monthly basis.
Coordinate induction and training of new staff.
Prepare and review contracts and related legal documents for the Agency & Trustee Wing.
Ensure the timely collection of fees and recoveries.
Support business development efforts and revenue generation by engaging stakeholders like banks, insurance companies, and corporate participants.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting to management and regulators.
Regional Manager - Reporting & Analysis (DG-1/AVP)
Regional Corporate Head
Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of banking experience, particularly in Audit, Data Analytics, and Reporting.
Strong analytical skills using MS Office products.
Good understanding of Corporate Credit products and services.
Excellent data analysis and administrative skills.
Provide reporting and analytical support to Corporate Heads.
Maintain regulatory compliance by implementing audit recommendations and managing external regulator queries.
Coordinate with internal divisions (Strategy, Compliance, Business Planning) for reporting requirements.
Assist in the preparation of business presentations and strategic reports.
Relationship Manager - Trade Finance (OG-I/OG-II)
Wing Head - Trade Finance South
Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized university/institution.
Master’s Degree or Trade Finance Certifications will be preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and/or Relationship Management.
Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products and services.
Good understanding of ICC publications and local banking regulations.
Strong relationship management, analytical, and structuring skills.
Develop and manage trade finance business targets.
Source new business from existing and new-to-bank (NTB) clients.
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
Promote and position NBP’s Trade Finance capabilities to regional clients.
Achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
Data Analyst (OG-I/OG-II)
Wing Head - MIS & Analytics
Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized university/institution.
Master's Degree or specialized certifications in Data Analytics will be preferred.
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or MIS.
Superior data collection, analysis, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
Basic understanding of Corporate Banking products and services.
Collect, analyze, and report on corporate banking performance metrics.
Support Wing Head MIS & Analytics in the preparation of business reports for senior management.
Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with performance monitoring and budget tracking.

Employment will be on a three-year contractual basis, renewable based on performance.
