In line with this strategic vision, the Bank is seeking talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following Operations-based positions in Karachi.
Reporting to: Unit Head – Foreign Exchange Operations
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree and/or relevant diplomas/certifications.
Minimum 03 years of banking experience, particularly in Foreign Exchange Operations.
In-depth knowledge of treasury and exchange-related products.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Provide analysis of the foreign exchange market and global interest rates.
Ensure timely processing of all foreign exchange transactions.
Adhere to internal policies and exchange regulations during deal processing.
Verify and process SWIFT messages related to inter-bank foreign exchange deals.
Settle PKR against foreign exchange transactions via RTGS.
Manage State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) cash reserve requirements.
Process compensation claims with counterpart banks in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the treasury front office on discrepancies, amendments, or cancellations.
Collaborate with the reconciliation department to resolve Nostro account entries.
Reconcile foreign exchange operations books and identify discrepancies.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of outstanding foreign exchange transactions.
Monitor and rectify variances in daily foreign exchange profit reports.
Handle other assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Reporting to: Unit Head – Audit Enforcements
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.
Preference for candidates with Master’s degrees and/or relevant certifications.
Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management.
Understanding of relevant laws, standards, regulatory requirements, and bank policies/procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong ethical sense, attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Follow up on audit findings across Branches, Regions, and Head Office.
Monitor implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) based on audit findings.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure resolution of findings.
Assess adequacy of internal controls and provide insights based on findings.
Maintain records of audit issues, recommendations, and rectifications.
Prepare and submit audit outcome reports for internal and external auditors.
Follow up on findings from SBP inspection teams.
Assist in evaluating internal control improvements.
Handle other assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management’s discretion.
