Available Positions
1. Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (AVP/VP)
Location: Karachi
Reporting to: Regional Corporate Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate banking relationships, ensuring the highest professional standards of service are provided.
- Proactively monitor and grow the assigned portfolio, identifying opportunities for business development.
- Implement business strategies and sales targets while maintaining asset quality.
- Oversee the introduction and cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Ensure credit integrity and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent from a recognized institution by HEC.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Master's degrees and/or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or related roles, with a focus on relationship management, risk management, and investment banking.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial systems.
- Ability to collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in credit analysis, business development, and financial transactions.
2. Project Finance (AVP/VP)
Location: Karachi, Lahore
Reporting to: Corporate Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze investment transactions and assess business opportunities.
- Prepare business development reports and support revenue generation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
- Lead financial analysis, ensuring accurate business proposals are presented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent from a recognized institution by HEC.
- Candidates with Master's degrees (CFA/ACCA preferred) are highly desired.
- Strong financial analysis and communication skills, both written and oral.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Thorough understanding of project finance, treasury services, and market sales.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
3. Risk, Audit & Compliance Officer
Location: Karachi
Reporting to: Risk & Compliance Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of audit and compliance, ensuring all issues are followed up and resolved.
- Monitor and report on controls and procedures, ensuring smooth compliance with regulations.
- Respond to AML/KYC issues, coordinating with the respective regional corporate center.
- Provide project management support to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Master's degrees in relevant fields are preferred.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Deep knowledge of internal and external compliance procedures.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.

- Type: Contractual (3-year term with the possibility of renewal based on management discretion).
