Position 01: Wing Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development (VP/SVP)

Reporting to: Head CSR & SD
Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.

  • Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, CSR, Sustainable Development, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years of experience in General Banking, CSR, Sustainable Development, or a related field.

  • Must have experience in managing countrywide CSR programs, with at least 03 years in a supervisory or managerial role related to CSR.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of CSR categories, sustainable projects, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven experience in policy development, CSR project management, procedural development, and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • In-depth understanding of NGOs/NPOs/charitable organizations operating in Pakistan and experience in dealing with them.

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead CSR and Sustainable Development initiatives across the country.

  • Periodically review and update CSR policies.

  • Formulate recommendations for policy and process improvements based on best practices and regulations.

  • Develop and implement CSR strategies with proper monitoring mechanisms.

  • Ensure the annual action plan for CSR and sustainability initiatives.

  • Develop and monitor budgets for CSR projects.

  • Engage with NGOs/NPOs/charitable organizations to identify needs and develop proposals.

  • Prepare detailed proposals and agenda papers for the Board Inclusive Development Committee (BIDC) and Board of Directors (BoD).

  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure proper promotion of CSR efforts.

  • Liaise with audit and compliance teams to address observations and implement preventive measures.

  • Perform additional assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Position 02: Relationship Manager - Commercial & SME (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to: Regional Manager - CR & SME

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.

  • Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CFA, JAIBP) will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of experience in SME Financing, Commercial or Corporate Banking, or a similar role, preferably in a bank.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong understanding of credit lending, SME financing, and trade finance.

  • Sound knowledge of banking regulations and market dynamics.

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Commercial/SME loan applications efficiently and effectively.

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the lending portfolio.

  • Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Promote financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.

  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.

  • Assess financial statements and business models of SME clients to evaluate creditworthiness.

  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitor accounts for early warning signals and implement risk mitigation measures.

  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client services.

  • Meet financial and non-financial targets, including revenue and portfolio growth.

  • Perform additional assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Place of Posting:

  • DG Khan, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Larkana, Karachi, Lahore, Mirpur AJK, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalakot.


Assessment & Selection Process

  • Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for tests and/or panel interviews.

  • Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.

  • Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package as per the bank’s policy.
