Position 1: Credit Analyst - Program Lending (SME and SBP) (AVP)

  • Reporting to: Regional Executive Credit/Hub Head
  • Educational/Professional Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute (local or international).
    • Master's degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years in credit processing, Consumer/SME/SBP schemes, or product program-based lending.
    • Candidates with experience in similar roles at large banks will be preferred.
  • Skills/Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of retail, SME, and Agri financing.
    • Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and process credit proposals for SME and program lending, ensuring alignment with guidelines and Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC).
    • Conduct thorough due diligence to assess borrowers' business models and financial soundness.
    • Identify and address inconsistencies, risks, and gaps in credit proposals.
    • Ensure credit facilities comply with internal/external regulations and policies.
    • Assist in audits and prepare MIS for submission to the Regional Executive Credit.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Place of Posting: Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi.

Position 2: Credit Analyst - Retail & Program Lending (Agri) (OG-1)

  • Reporting to: Regional Executive Credit/Hub Head
  • Educational/Professional Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute (local or international).
    • Master's degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in credit processing, Consumer/SME/SBP schemes, or product program-based lending.
    • Candidates with experience in similar roles at large banks will be preferred.
  • Skills/Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of retail, SME, and Agri financing.
    • Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and process credit proposals, ensuring compliance with guidelines and Risk Acceptance Criteria.
    • Conduct financial health analyses and address queries in credit requests.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and maintain compliance with policies.
    • Assist in audits and prepare MIS for submission to the Regional Executive Credit.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Place of Posting: Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi.

Additional Information

  • Assessment Test/Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited.
  • Employment Type: Contractual (initially for three years, extendable at Management's discretion).
