Position 1: Case Processing Officer (EDWOG-OG)

Reporting To: Wing Head-EDW
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized college/institute. Candidates with a Law degree or Master’s/professional certifications are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dealing with IR/ER matters.
Skills/Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to scrutinize investigation reports and rectify policy irregularities.
  • Support the management of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and periodic meetings between management and workers’ representatives.
  • Provide support for employee relations programs and communication.
  • Maintain records and documents related to employee issues.

Position 2: Employee Discipline Officer

Reporting To: Wing Head-ERD
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in employee disciplinary matters.
Skills/Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling complaints, grievances, and employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of summaries and communication for disciplinary actions.
  • Process complaints, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.

Position 3: Appeal Review & MIS Officer (EDW)

Reporting To: Wing Head-EDW
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master’s degree in Information Systems or a relevant discipline is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS management or grievance-related processes.
Skills/Expertise:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize and present information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage the MIS system on a daily basis.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Handle complaints and grievances through various communication channels.

Position 4: Grievance Processing Officer (IG&CW)

Reporting To: Wing Head-Employee Grievances & Complaints
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in grievance handling and investigation.
Skills/Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze grievances and follow up with concerned departments for timely resolution.
  • Maintain records of grievances and ensure adherence to the Bank’s policies.

Position 5: MIS & Database Officer (IRW)

Reporting To: Wing Head-IRW
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS and data management.
Skills/Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage and maintain databases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records of deceased, retired, and current employees.
  • Provide regular reports on database status and employee-related information.

  • Employment Type: Contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
