Position/Job Title: Processing Officer-Classified Accounts Reconciliation (OG)
Reporting to: Wing Head-Portfolio Management and SBP Coordination Wing
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
- Preferred: Master's Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a bank and/or financial sector, with at least 6 months in MS and/or MS reporting
- Preferred experience in data management, dashboard reporting, and/or business intelligence
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Excellent database management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Well-versed with SBP Prudential Regulations
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with IT for Core Banking Application System generation for accounts
- Prepare and post Debit and Credit vouchers when required
- Check transactions for NPLs accounts
- Prepare statements of classified advances on a monthly basis
- Develop relevant MIS related to portfolio progress
- Generate pertinent reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations and internal policies
- Assist with any other assignments from the supervisor

Reporting to: Wing Head-Asset Restructuring Wing
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
- Preferred: Master's Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in banking, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Recovery or Credit Risk Management
- Experience in relevant litigation is preferred
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of Corporate/Commercial Banking processes
- Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Effective team player
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing remedial management strategies for non-performing portfolios
- Prepare proposals for out-of-court settlements, rehabilitation, restructuring, and rescheduling
- Implement approved rescheduling/restructuring in line with the Bank's policy and SBP regulations
- Conduct financial reviews of tagged accounts
- Make client calls and maintain a call plan/log
- Prepare various MIS related to the assigned portfolio
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal credit policies
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Position/Job Title: Unit Head-Documentation Management (OG-I/AVP)
Reporting to: Manager SME/Commercial
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and/or relevant professional certification(s)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with 3 years in credit administration and/or credit operations
- Knowledge of credit portfolio and legal documentation
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Awareness of legal documentation and litigation affairs
Main Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize Sanction Advice and FOL in line with the Credit Approval Authority Booklet
- Select Bank’s Legal Advisor (BLA) and allocate assignments
- Prepare standard documentation for various account types (Retail, SME, Commercial/Corporate)
- Supervise the registration of charges with SECP and mortgages with concerned registrars
- Ensure proper verification of title documents and disbursement documentation
- Handle & maintain security/finance documents and relevant registers
- Ensure insurance arrangements are valid and meet Bank’s policies
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
