Position 1: Wing Head-Merchant Acquisition (VP)

  • Reporting to: Divisional Head, Government Digital Program
  • Educational Requirements: Minimum graduation or equivalent in Computer Science/Tech-related field
  • Experience: 10 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading the implementation and management of merchant acquisition strategies and programs.
    • Working with payment systems, including POS and payment gateways, to enhance merchant relationships.
    • Ensuring timely processing of merchant onboarding and performance monitoring.
    • Analyzing market trends, payment processing systems, and developing strategies for improved performance.
    • Managing technical and regulatory requirements related to merchant execution.

Position 2: Head of Application Monitoring & Incident Management Desk (AVP/VP)

  • Reporting to: Not specified
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
  • Experience: Maximum 5 years of experience in Incident Management & Monitoring or IT Help Desk operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing application performance using monitoring tools.
    • Handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with relevant teams.
    • Developing escalation strategies for various types of incidents.
    • Preparing and maintaining dashboards for incident tracking and reporting.
    • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident management.

Position 3: Wing Head-Program Governance (VP)

  • Key Expertise Required:

    • Digital development, especially in payment systems, including merchant acquisition and payment processing systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics.
    • Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of emerging trends in the payment industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the program governance for digital and merchant acquisition projects.
    • Leading the design and implementation of programs ensuring service quality and compliance with regulations.
    • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including payment processors and industry leaders.
    • Providing regular updates on merchant transitions and progress.

Position 4: Incident Documentation & Knowledgebase (DG-1/AVP)

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT operations, preferably in incident management and monitoring.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Documenting incidents, root cause analysis, and resolutions.
    • Maintaining and updating knowledge bases for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborating with management and support teams to improve incident response strategies.

Position 5: Officer-Incident Documentation (DG-10)

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in incident management preferred.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with support teams for incident closure.
    • Updating incident logs and preparing reports for management.
    • Supporting the documentation process to ensure all incidents are captured and analyzed for future prevention.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry tools.
