1. Branch Manager (AVP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of assigned targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  • Supervise branch operations, customer service, and business development activities to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Promote and manage Islamic banking products while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints efficiently and managing customer feedback.
  • Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, and ensure adherence to internal policies and SBP regulations.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment and provide training to branch staff as needed.
  • Manage the premises and ensure security, tidiness, and compliance with service quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduation (preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Candidates with Islamic Banking certifications/diplomas will be preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Islamic banking products, SBP prudential regulations, and AML/CFT practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in managing branch operations, financial targets, and staff development.
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Faisalabad, Jaranwala, Karachi, Kuchlak, Lahore, Mand

2. Relationship Manager (OG-I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve deposit generation and retention targets.
  • Market and promote the bank's products, including current accounts, digital apps, and term accounts.
  • Plan and execute daily customer interaction activities and market visits.
  • Conduct market research and implement effective strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive records related to customer portfolios and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies in all processes and tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or relevant disciplines) from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with Islamic Banking qualifications or degrees will be preferred.
  • Proven expertise in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and targets.

  • Lahore, Mardan, Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar
