Position 1: Branch Manager (OG-1)

Reporting to: Regional Head
Location: Various locations across Pakistan including Attock, Islamabad, Karachi, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Preference for candidates with a degree in Commerce or certifications/diplomas in Islamic Banking.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of branch banking experience, with 2 years as a Branch Manager, ideally within Islamic Banking.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, Islamic banking products, and compliance regulations (AML/CFT, SBP Prudential Regulations).
  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, leadership, and customer service expertise.
  • Proficient in goal-setting, team supervision, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, business development, and target achievement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries promptly.
  • Manage branch security, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Facilitate product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Uphold high standards of service, ensuring zero complaints and timely task completion.

Position 2: Teller (OG-III/OG-II)

Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager
Location: Various locations including D.G. Khan, Haripur, and Mirpur AK

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Preference for candidates with a master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a relevant banking role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong cash-handling abilities and familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
  • Effective communication, customer-handling skills, and team collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide account services, process transactions, and maintain cash handling protocols.
  • Facilitate remittances, utility bill payments, and other government services.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate balancing of cash at the end of each day.
  • Address customer requests promptly, maintaining high service standards.

Position 3: Branch Operations Manager (OG-I/OG-II)

Reporting to: Branch Manager
Location: Various locations including Bhakkar, Lahore, and Quetta

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Preference for candidates with a master's degree or Islamic Banking certification.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years in banking, including 2 years in branch operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, branch operations, and process efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Support the Branch Manager in meeting business KPIs and budget requirements.
  • Oversee cash management, customer service, and regulatory adherence.
  • Ensure all operational processes meet prescribed standards, maintaining records and documentation.
