1. Unit Head – CBA Business Analysis (VP/SVP)

Department: Business Analysis
Education Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience:

• Proven expertise as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of core banking systems and FIS Phoenix is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ADC channels and organizational web-based communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis unit and provide insights on changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure all business needs are met.
• Manage system changes and transformations with minimal disruption.
• Ensure business implications are fully considered during any technological changes.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the department.

2. Senior Business Analyst – Banking (AVP/VP)

Department: Business Development
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in business and banking systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience in implementing successful systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure system integration and implementations are carried out smoothly.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

3. Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects (AVP/VP)

Department: Infrastructure Management
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates with a Master’s Degree are preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, network infrastructure, and database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure projects.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.

4. Software Developer – CBA (OG-1/AVP)

Department: Software Development
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, particularly in financial systems.
• Expertise in FIS Phoenix core banking system is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions for core banking systems.
• Collaborate with the business team to define software requirements.
• Test, document, and maintain software applications.

5. Business Analyst – Core Banking (OG-II/OG-I)

Department: Business Analysis
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Knowledge of industry best practices and technology.
• Proven experience in process improvement and strategic business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Ensure changes made to the core banking system meet business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system changes are successful.

6. Senior Software Developer – Core Banking (AVP/VP)

Department: Software Development
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on core banking applications.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, and VB.NET.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core banking applications.
• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Perform thorough testing and ensure system integrity during upgrades.
