Positions Available


1. Senior HR Business Partner (VP/SVP)

Reporting to: Leed HR Business Partner
Place of Posting: Karachi

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP).

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years in Human Resources with exposure to at least two functions of HR or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist.
  • Preferred: Experience in similar roles within the financial sector.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Demonstrated success in various HR functional areas.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, development, and execution of HR projects.
  • Well-developed relationship management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Good understanding of business and financial acumen.
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various HR services across groups, supporting business HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business heads to understand requirements and provide aligned solutions.
  • Develop partnerships to bridge gaps between management and employees.
  • Align HR initiatives with the Bank's objectives.
  • Communicate and lead special projects initiated by HR Management.
  • Oversee HR processes such as performance management, promotions, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
  • Support workforce and headcount planning.
  • Review and recommend improvements in HR policies & procedures.
  • Enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve the working environment.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks by supervisors.

2. HR Business Partner (OG-1/AVP)

Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Place of Posting: Lahore

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP).

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of work experience with at least 02 years in Human Resources.
  • Preferred: Experience in similar roles within the financial sector.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Hands-on experience in planning, development, and execution of HR projects.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Understanding of business and financial principles.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support various HR services across functions.
  • Collaborate with business groups to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Develop partnerships to bridge management and employee gaps.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Manage nationwide special projects initiated by the HR department.
  • Contribute to workforce and succession planning.
  • Stay informed about business culture, plans, and competition.

3. HR Officer (OG-III/OG-II)

Reporting to: Wing Head
Place of Posting: Karachi

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the financial sector.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team player and service-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Understanding of HR functions.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships.
  • Support the team in HR-related activities.
  • Assist in implementing relevant HR initiatives/projects.
  • Respond to HR-related queries.
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports as required.
  • Stay updated with modern HR practices and market trends.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by supervisors.

4. HR Officer - Performance & Rewards (OG-III/OG-II)

Reporting to: Wing Head - Performance & Rewards Wing
Place of Posting: Karachi

Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Public Administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year in performance management and/or compensation sector, preferably in banking.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is preferred.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain MIS of employees identified for remuneration tracking.
  • Manage Deferred Remuneration Trust Fund investments and allocations.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to facilitate performance appraisal activities.
  • Ensure accurate disbursement of remuneration and reconcile accounts for reporting.
  • Provide information for legal compliance in performance & rewards matters.
  • Collaborate with consultants for salary benchmarking and market analysis.
