The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has initiated the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Security Support Project to enhance food security and improve agricultural productivity in the province. To support the ongoing efforts of this initiative, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for various positions. The required qualifications and experience for these roles are detailed below:

Positions Available

1. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Specialist (BPS-18)

  • Number of Positions: 1

  • Age Limit: 45 years

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in MBA, Economics, Development Studies, Agriculture, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) using qualitative and quantitative tools for data analysis and reporting. The experience should be under a project of similar nature and complexity, preferably in the agriculture sector with an international donor organization or public sector organization.

  • Skills:

    • Strong command of written and spoken English

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2. Procurement Officer (BPS-17)

  • Number of Positions: 2

  • Age Limit: 45 years

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Additional diplomas or certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain will be an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement in either the public or private sector.

3. Environment Officer (BPS-17)

  • Number of Positions: 1

  • Age Limit: 45 years

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in Environmental Studies or Sustainability will be advantageous.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field within the public or private sector.
