WALK-IN TEST/INTERVIEW

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites applications for the following contingent paid/daily wages positions for a specific assignment related to Hajj-2025. These positions are available for a maximum duration of 4 months. The walk-in tests/interviews will be conducted at the Ministry's office located at 1st Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Interested candidates are invited to attend the walk-in test/interview on the specified dates.

Available Positions:

  1. Data Processing Assistant

    • No. of Posts: 20
    • Per Day Remuneration: Rs. 2,197/-
    • Qualifications:
      • 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC
      • Typing speed: 30 words per minute
    • Age Limit: 18-25 Years
    • Quota: Merit
    • Date of Test/Interview: 28.01.2025

  2. Data Entry Operator

    • No. of Posts: 20
    • Per Day Remuneration: Rs. 1,736/-
    • Qualifications:
      • Intermediate (2nd Division) with Computer-related subjects from a recognized board
      • Typing speed: 40 words per minute
    • Age Limit: 18-25 Years
    • Quota: Merit
    • Date of Test/Interview: 29.01.2025

  3. L.D.C (Lower Division Clerk)

    • No. of Posts: 4
    • Per Day Remuneration: Rs. 1,462/-
    • Qualifications:
      • Matriculation with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
    • Age Limit: 18-25 Years
    • Quota: Merit

      • Primary pass, with relevant experience

General Information/Instructions:

  1. Online Application: All applicants must apply online through the Ministry's website www.mora.gov.pk within 15 days of this advertisement. Applicants must download the roll number slip and bring it on the respective date and time.
  2. Timeliness: Candidates must arrive by 9:00 a.m. Latecomers will not be allowed to participate in the test/interview.
  3. Appointment Details: These positions are temporary and contingent on specific tasks for up to four months.
  4. Documents Required:
    • Original documents and attested copies of certificates, degrees, experience, CNIC, and four photographs must be brought to the test/interview.
  5. Shortlisting and Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
  6. Joining: Successful candidates will be contacted by phone within three days to join the respective position. If the candidate fails to join, the next candidate will be offered the position.
  7. No Claim for Regularization: The selected candidates will not have any claim for regularization or permanent employment based on their daily wage/contingent appointment.
  8. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided as per the rules.
  9. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
