- Age Limit: 18-25 years
- Qualification:
- Intermediate
- Minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in shorthand and 40 w.p.m in typing
- Must be computer literate
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BPS-13)

- Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m
2. Important Instructions/Information

Application Process:
- Only candidates who meet the required qualifications for each post can apply online at:
- The deadline to apply is within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
- No hard copy applications will be entertained.

Documents Submission:
- Candidates must present their original documents at the time of the test/interview.

Government Discretion:
- The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

Quota and Age Relaxation:
- Regional/Provincial quotas will be observed under Rule-15 and 16 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1972.
- General age relaxation will be granted as per the rules and regulations issued by the Federal Government.

Government Employees:
- Candidates already in Government Service must apply through the proper channel.

Recruitment Policy:
- All appointments will be made as per the Federal Government’s recruitment policies.

Incomplete or Late Applications:
- Applications received after the due date or those that are incomplete will not be entertained.

Test/Interview Requirements:
- Only eligible candidates will be called for the Test/Interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the Test/Interview.

Disability Certificate:
- Candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities quota must provide a valid disability certificate issued by a Government Hospital, confirming their fitness for a Government job.

Posting & Transfers:
- Appointed candidates may be posted in any Bench of the Tribunal within the respective province or anywhere in Pakistan.
- Training Requirement:
- UDC and LDC appointees (posts at Sr. No. 3 & 4) must complete a Three (03) Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB during their probation period.
- Failure to complete the training may result in termination as per the rules.
