SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from citizens of Pakistan for recruitment against the following vacant posts on a contract basis in the PSDP-funded Project titled "Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement of Legal Wings of Ministry of Law and Justice and Federal Ministries/Divisions (Revised)" of Law and Justice Division, Islamabad.

Qualification and Experience

  • 01-year experience in a technical support role.

  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, video conferencing tools, and technical systems.

  • Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience in PSDP projects will be preferred. | | 2 | Assistant (PPS-6) | 3 | Merit | 35 | Islamabad | - Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts/Commerce/IT or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University OR Graduate with One-Year IT Diploma/Certificate.

  • 01-year experience in the relevant field, preferably in the Government Sector.

  • Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience in PSDP projects will be preferred. | | 3 | Data Entry Operator (PPS-5) | 3 | Merit | 35 | Islamabad | - Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts/Commerce/IT or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University OR Graduate with One-Year IT Diploma/Certificate.

  • 01-year experience in PSDP projects will be preferred. | | 4 | Office Boy (PPS-1) | 5 | Local (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) | 30 | Islamabad | - Matric pass (Physically fit).

  • Domicile: Local (Islamabad/Rawalpindi). |

Important Instructions/Information:

  1. Incomplete application forms and those received after the closing date will not be entertained.

  2. Applicants shall present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of Degrees certified by HEC/recognized Boards/Universities/Institutes and other relevant documents at the time of test/interview. In case of any false or forged information, the Organization reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any applicant at any stage and initiate legal action against them as per the rules.

  3. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Rules/Federal Government policy.

  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

  5. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel.

  6. The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at any stage, subject to availability.

  7. Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the test/interview.
