The Engineering Development Board (EDB), mandated to develop, modernize, upgrade, and enhance the capacity of Pakistan's engineering industrial and services sector on global modern lines, invites applications for the following project positions:

1 Advisor/Specialist/Expert (PPS-11, Eqv. BS-21) 04 55 Years (Max) Fields: Chemical & Petrochemicals, Steel & Other Metals, Heavy Engineering, Engineering Services. Qualifications: B.Sc/B.E with at least 16 years' experience OR MS with 12 years' experience OR PhD with 8 years' experience in the relevant field of Engineering.
2 Accounts Officer/DDO (PPS-07, Eqv. BS-17) 01 35 Years (Max) Qualifications: HEC recognized 16 years professional degree (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA in Finance) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing government accounts and administrative affairs, particularly related to PSDP-funded projects. Previous experience as Drawing and Disbursement Officer (DDO), PIPFA, SAS qualification will be preferred.
3 Business Development Manager (PPS-07, Eqv. BS-17) 01 35 Years (Max) Qualifications: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing/PR, or related field. Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in media/stakeholder coordination, managing seminars, workshops, official events, conferences, and symposia.
4 Research Assistant (PPS-06, Eqv. BS-16) 03 30 Years (Max) Qualifications: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing/PR, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Economics, or related field. Experience: More than 2 years in the relevant field.

Procedure for Applying

  5. Educational qualification must be at least First Class from an HEC-recognized institution, with no Second Division in the entire academic career.

  6. Candidates employed in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
