POSITIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointments purely on a contract basis for one year (extendible based on performance) against temporary posts in the PSDP Project titled "Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Precision Agriculture Systems Utilizing Dual-Use Aerospace Technologies-GreenAI", at NASTP, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, reporting unit Ministry of Defence, Pakistan.

1	Senior Scientific Officer	PPS-9	01	Ph.D./MS (DSP, Embedded Systems, etc.) with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in research, design, and development of DSP systems. He/She will be responsible for conducting research, design, and development activities for GP-SAR, under the guidance and as assigned by the Project Manager.
2	Scientific Officer	PPS-8	02	MS/BE (DSP, Embedded, HPC, etc.), preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in system design and development. He/She will be responsible for system design and development activities of GP-SAR, under the guidance and as assigned by the Project Manager.
3	Software/HPC/Cloud Architect	PPS-7	01	MS/BS/BE (Computer Science/Software, HPC, Data Science, etc.). Specialization in Cloud Architecture will be preferred. 3 years of relevant experience in system design and development.
4	Computer Assistant	PPS-6	02	Trained computer operators, preferably with a computer diploma and 1-year relevant experience (PMU Staff).
5	UAS Operator	PPS-6	01	Trained UAS Pilot, preferably with 1-year relevant experience in operations. Responsible for test flights, UAS system maintenance, execution and oversight of test flights to assess UAV performance, stability, and handling qualities. Duties also include creating detailed test plans and protocols to evaluate UAV maneuverability, payload integration, and performing UAV operational flights.
6	Research Associate	PPS-5	01	Postgraduate/MS in a relevant field of research (PhD Scholar will be preferred).
7	Research Assistant	PPS-4	01	Graduate (BS/MS or equivalent) in a relevant field of research (MS/MPhil Scholar will be preferred).
8	Naib Qasid	PPS-1	01	A qualified person with middle or matric qualification with good communication, behavior, and interpersonal skills.
