Responsibilities |
- The Dean will be a medical academic (MBBS or equivalent) with either
- PhD degree
Or
- FCPS, FRCP, FRCS or equivalent. Or
- US Board Certification Or equivalent.
Experience
- The Dean should be of National and preferably. international reputation in his/her field, either in basic or clinical sciences, with at least 7 years administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program, or institution.
- Having recognized leadership qualities, a track record in teaching, and a commitment to Medical Education and Research.

- The Dean will be the head of the Medical college and be responsible for all undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and research, and will report to the Board
- Will be responsible for all budgetary and financial matters relating to the medical college and its functions
- The Dean will select from faculty the following Vice & Associate Deans
- Associate Dean for undergraduate education
- Associate Dean for postgraduate education
- Associate Dean Research
- The Dean will be advised by an Academic Council of which he will be Chairman.
- The Dean will act in all clinical matters in close liaison with the Hospital and Medical Directors.
- Dean shall act as Chief Executive Officer of the MTI. Notwithstanding anything contrary to provisions of the act, the Dean as Chief executive Officer will act as the deciding authority on matters referred by the respective Hospital Director, Medical Director, Nursing Director, Finance Director or directors of affiliate institutes. He/ she will also ensure resolution of any disputes amongst the directors of the concerned institutes

2- Director Finance (Full Time) (Tenure: 3 years) Salary Package Rs.3,00,000/- |
- Charted Accountant or
- ACCA
- or
- ICMAP certification
or
- Master Deg ree in Finance or Accounts or Equivalent Experience
- Ten years post qualifications experience in Finance or Accounts in a major private company or Public institution

- Coordination and supervision all financial/accounting matters of the institute;
- Preparation of detailed regulations and procedures for the financial management.
- Advise to the Hospital and Medical Directors and the Dean on all financial matters, ensuring transparency and fiscal probity,
- Ensuring that all the accounts are kept according to rules and regulations approved by the Govt and Board
- Assistance in the development and bringing accuracy in the institutions, Financial projections and financial accounts.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Report and Budget for the approval of the Hospital and Medical Directors and the Dean. and present the approved annual financial report/budget to the Board and other duties as per MTI regulations.
- Any other duty assigned by Board

3- Nursing Director (Full Time) (Tenure:5 years) Salary Package Rs.1.50,000/ |
- A qualified nurse (RN), with an advanced degree in
- Nursing (BSc.N),
- Preferably
- M.Sc Nursing/MA or Equivalent Experience
. Minimum Seven years administrative and teaching experience in a reputed healthcare facility, and Registration with Nursing Council. |
- The Nursing Director shall be responsible for all nursing functions'
- Training of Nurses.
- Ensuring adequate nursing staffing for all clinical Departments
- Maintaining highest nursing standards.
- Performing regular audits of nursing functions.
- The Nursing Director shall perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by Board.

4- Secretary Board of Governors (Tenure: 3 years) Salary Package Rs.1,50,000/- |
Experience
- Vast experience in a similar position in public sector or corporate organization.
- Excellent communication skills with full command on written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Computer literacy is must.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality .
- Having suitable knowledge of rules & regulations of MTI & other related laws.
- Expertise in official drafting is must.

- The Secretary will be answerable to the Chairman and Board of Governors.
- Will perform all the secretarial and office functions of the BOG.
- Will convene the Board meetings, record and disseminate the minutes.
- Will responsible for all communication with Board members under direction of the Chairman and Board of Governors.
- Will prepare report for the BOG on implementation of previous decision taken and action ordered by BOG.
