Job Overview

Guard Agricultural Research & Services is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join its Food Division. This division focuses on Rice, Pasta, and the upcoming launch of Cooking Oils. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FMCG marketing, with a deep understanding of the food industry and a proven ability to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the food division.
  • Drive Brand Growth: Lead initiatives to build brand awareness and engage consumers effectively.
  • Lead Product Launches: Oversee the launch of new products, ensuring successful campaigns and maximum market penetration.
  • Distributor Network Expansion: Appoint new distributors to expand the brand's reach across various markets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of FMCG experience, with a strong preference for experience in the food category.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
    • Excellent analytical abilities to assess market trends and opportunities.
    • Effective communication skills to work across departments and with external partners.
