Position Title: Manager Procurement

Location: Lahore
Reporting To: Deputy Director Procurement


Position Overview:

The Manager Procurement will oversee procurement operations for ICAP’s Northern Region. The role is responsible for ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance in all procurement activities. The incumbent will play a key role in implementing procurement strategies that align with ICAP’s overall objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing centralized procurement strategies.

  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships ensuring compliance with ICAP policies.

  • Support in contract negotiations and finalizations.

  • Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate procurement processes to meet legal and organizational standards.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance sourcing efficiency.

  • Prepare detailed reports for procurement performance analysis.

  • Participate in vendor evaluations and provide structured feedback.


Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in procurement or supply chain management.

    • Experience in public or project-based procurement is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP MM & FIN module).

    • Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

    • Sound understanding of financial and risk management principles.
