Job Opportunity: Managing Director (MD)
The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), a Section 42 public sector company and state-owned enterprise, is dedicated to advancing the welfare of overseas Pakistanis and promoting socio-economic development for them and their families in Pakistan. The organization seeks a skilled and dynamic individual for the role of Managing Director. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- Required: A graduate degree in business administration, public administration, finance, commerce, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, or a professional qualification relevant to OPF's core operations (e.g., diaspora welfare, education, contract management).
- Alternate Qualification: Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants.
- Preference: Advanced degrees will be considered an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum: 20 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Relevant Fields: Governance, business administration, finance, commerce, or related domains.
- Additional Consideration: Previous experience as a CEO or in senior management in commercial or welfare organizations will be advantageous.

Age Requirement
- Maximum age of 60 years as of the application submission deadline.
- Age Relaxation: Up to 2 years may be allowed for candidates with exceptionally relevant experience in public sector, government, or SOE roles.

Skills
- Core Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic Ability: Proven expertise in developing and implementing organizational strategy, in coordination with the Board.
General Terms
- Remuneration: Compensation aligned with the MP-I pay scale.
- Compliance: The candidate must meet the "fit and proper criteria" of Schedule-IV, SOEs Act, 2023.
- Contract: Three-year performance-based contract, located in Islamabad.
