A leading Oil Marketing Company is seeking a proactive, result-oriented, and highly professional individual for the following position:
Position: Manager (Lubricants)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to establish the Lubricants Department as an independent business unit.
- Identify potential markets and devise tactical planning to penetrate High Street and Industrial segments.
- Conduct market analysis to assess trends and opportunities within the Lubricants Function.
- Develop and expand distributor networks in key markets, ensuring effective coordination and business monitoring.
- Formulate product launch strategies for new lubricant products and create appropriate market segmentation.
- Design and implement a marketing strategy, including a marketing budget and activity calendar for the year.
- Ensure close coordination with other Company departments involved in lubricant sales.
- Conduct market research to determine customer requirements and competitors’ strategies.
- Possess technical knowledge of lubricants, including API applications and industrial-grade lubricants for OEMs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Education: Master's in Business Studies or equivalent OR Chemical Engineering from a recognized and HEC-chartered university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the relevant industry.
- At least 3-5 years in a similar managerial role.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management.
- Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
