PROJECT-BASED JOB POSITIONS

A center of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, invites applications for the following project-based positions in a donor-funded project. These positions are purely contractual, valid for the duration of the project.

Available Positions

S# Position (Number) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience
1 Manager Administration (1) Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences with 03 years of experience in administrative affairs in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
2 M&E Officer (1) Master's degree (18 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Management or Social Sciences with 05 years of relevant experience in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
3 Project Officer (Gender) (1) Master's degree (18 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Gender Studies or Social Sciences with 05 years of relevant experience in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
4 Project Coordinator (1) Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Management or Social Sciences with 03 years of relevant experience in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
5 Finance Compliance Officer (1) Master's degree (18 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with 05 years of relevant experience in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
6 Content and Reports Designer (1) Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in first division from an HEC-recognized university in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field with 02 years of experience in content creation, report designing, and translating technical content into creative outputs. Proficiency in design software is required.
7 Office Attendant (1) SSC (Matriculation) with 02 years of experience as office boy/peon/attendant/naib qasid in donor-funded projects/autonomous/semi-autonomous/public sector organizations.
