Governance & Policy Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP) is a Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF)/World Bank funded project, functioning under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Planning & Development Department. Applications from highly qualified and experienced individuals are solicited for the following short term individual consultant for technical assistance to review, revise and improve the existing M&E framework for Planning and Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Consultant position Qualification and Experience
M&E Framework Expert Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, and Computer Sciences or any other relevant discipline. Fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of monitoring and impact evaluations at the national level or with the International Organizations / Donor projects. Solid understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and mechanisms and its implementation in the field to be evidenced in the relevant experience. Familiarity with government departments and systems would be accorded weightage. Written and oral fluency in Urdu and English. Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
