CORRIGENDUM / ADDENDUM
With reference to the Allama Iqbal Open University Advertisement "Situation Vacant" published in various daily newspapers on 08-09-2024, vide No. PID(1)1714/24, the following amendments and additions are incorporated into the advertisement:
Amendments/Corrections:
- Librarian (BPS-19):
The post of Librarian (BPS-19) has been deleted/withdrawn, and as such, there is no need to apply for this position. Applicants who have deposited fees for this post will receive a refund as per the applicable rules in due course.
Additions:

Deputy Librarian (BPS-18) - 01 Post (Regular Basis)
- Qualification: 2nd Class Master's Degree or equivalent in Library and Information Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in BPS-17 or above in a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body of repute.

Medical Officer (BPS-17) - 01 Post (Contract Basis)
- Qualification: MBBS, registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission.
- Experience: 1-year house job at a registered medical center, Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization/Hospital.
