Legal Executive Required
A public sector organization is seeking applications from three (3) highly skilled candidates having strong legal expertise for the post of Legal Executive on a two years contract basis.
Position Overview
The ideal Candidate shall possess a strong background in providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to the organization. This role requires a solid understanding of corporate law and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities will include:
a. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, legal opinions, and regulatory filings.
c. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with stakeholders.
d. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal departments on a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance.
e. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with specific laws and regulations. f. Contribute to the development and implementation of legal
strategies and enforcement policies.
g. Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends related to the organization and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate shall have;
a) LLB/LLM from HEC recognized university or a reputed foreign university,
b) 4-5 years of post-qualification relevant experience. c) Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
d) Understanding of regulatory regime in Pakistan
e) Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Age Limit: 38-42 years
