SITUATIONS VACANT

The Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology (MNS UET), Multan, a public sector university recognized by the HEC, NTC, and PEC, invites applications from eligible, motivated, and dedicated candidates for the following positions on Regular/Contract Basis.

MNS UET, established in 2014, is one of the fastest-growing universities in Southern Punjab, offering quality education in Engineering and Technology. Applications are to be submitted on the prescribed form available at the University website www.mnsuet.edu.pk. The appointment (Regular/Contract) will be recommended by the Selection Board. Applicants must possess degrees in the relevant field from HEC-recognized institutions.

Note: A candidate must not have a third division in their entire academic career.

General Information & Application Submission

  1. Application Documents
    Applicants must attach the following:

    • Six (06) passport-size photographs
    • Attested copies of academic certificates, degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, updated CV, PEC registration (where applicable), and equivalence certificates (if required).

  2. Application Fee

    • Submit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3000 for BPS-18 positions via:
      • Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer, MNS UET Multan.
      • Online deposit in HBL Mumtazabad Branch, Multan, Account No. 12668900875503 (attach proof).

  3. Through Proper Channel

    • Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC.

  4. Multiple Applications

    • Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications with complete documents and processing fees.

  5. Shortlisting

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview/written test/skill test. No TA/DA will be provided.

  6. University Rights

    • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or not fill any position without providing reasons.

  7. Quotas and Relaxations

    • Reserved quotas and general age relaxation will be observed as per government policies.

  8. Disqualification

    • Canvassing will disqualify a candidate.

  9. Communication

    • The University is not responsible for delays in communication due to postal or courier issues.

  10. Application Deadline

    • Last Date: 20th December 2024

  11. Submission Method

    • Applications must be sent via registered post/courier only. By-hand applications will not be accepted.
