About Punjab Transport Company (PTC)
Punjab Transport Company is a government-owned entity, registered under the Companies Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act 2017), aimed at developing and managing the public transport infrastructure in Punjab.
PTC invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions, each offered on a three-year contract basis:

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 12 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and project management, including at least 5 years at a senior management level.
- Age: Not more than 55 years.

Sr. Manager Operation (Head Office)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Finance, or B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical/Transportation).
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in project management, operations management, and fleet management (operations, planning, maintenance), including 3 years in transport operations.
- Age: Not more than 50 years.

Manager Finance
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or ACCA/ACMA/MBA.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and planning.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.

Manager MIS
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or MIS.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in IT management, software/hardware administration, MIS, and database administration.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.

Manager Procurement
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, LLB, or B.Sc. Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, bids administration, with at least 1 year of public procurement experience.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.

Manager Contract
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, B.Sc. Engineering, or LLB.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in contract management.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.

Manager Internal Audit
- Qualification: ACMA, ACCA, CA Inter, MBA Finance, M.Com, or Master’s in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in internal audit, internal controls, and risk assessment.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.
Application Process

- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- A market-based salary package will be offered to selected candidates, based on qualifications and experience.
- Applicants are required to bring original documents attested by HEC or the concerned regulatory body at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
- Age will be calculated as of the last date of submission of applications, with no age relaxation provided.
- The PTC reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without giving reasons.
- Applicants employed in the public sector must upload an updated NOC from their respective employer while applying.
