Applications are invited by Lahore High Court from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for the following vacant posts:

INSTRUCTIONS

(Read Carefully Before Applying)

  1. Online Applications Only: Applicants must submit their applications through the Online Job Portal available at LHC Official Website. No hard copies of applications are required.

  2. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation in upper age limit is allowed as per Government of Punjab, S&GAD Department (Regulations Wing) Notification SORI (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21.05.2012. No further age relaxation will be granted.

  3. Equal Opportunity: The Lahore High Court is an equal-opportunity employer. 02 seats are reserved for special persons.

  4. Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted online before 11:59 p.m. on 05.03.2025 (closing date).

  5. Candidate Requirements: Candidates must ensure they are:

    • Physically fit, healthy, active, and energetic

    • Willing to work long hours with good interpersonal skills

    • Meeting all eligibility criteria before applying

  6. Accuracy in Application: The online application form must be filled correctly with utmost care. No modifications can be made after submission. Incomplete applications will be rejected immediately.

  7. Application Processing Fee: Candidates must deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- in Account No. 10527549781001128 (MCB Bank, Punjab). The deposit slip must include:

    • Name of the Candidate

    • CNIC of the Candidate

    • Job Title

    • Job Code

    • Mobile Number

    • Deposit slip number must be mentioned in the online application.

    • No application will be entertained without proof of fee submission.

    • Duplicate use of a single deposit slip for multiple posts will result in rejection of all applications from that candidate.

    • Candidates must present the original deposit slip at the test/interview.

    • Special persons (disabled) are exempted from the application processing fee.

  8. Contact Information: Candidates must provide a valid postal address, mobile phone number, and email ID for correspondence.

  9. Test & Interview Location: All tests and interviews will be conducted at the Principal Seat of Lahore High Court, Lahore.

  10. Disabled Quota Candidates: Candidates applying under the disabled quota must provide a Disability Certificate/Job Fitness Certificate issued by the District Assessment Board under Section 12 of the Disabled Persons (Employment & Rehabilitation) Ordinance, 1981.

  11. Character Certificate: Candidates must provide a Character Certificate issued by the DPO of their respective district at the time of the interview. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of candidature.

  12. Scrutiny of Documents: If any information provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect, false, forged, or withheld, the application will be rejected, and legal action will be taken.

  13. Government Employees:

    • In-service government employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) from their respective departments.

    • A copy of the NOC/DPC must be uploaded with the online application.

    • The original NOC/DPC must be presented at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate will not be interviewed.

  14. False Information & Misstatement:

    • If any misrepresentation, false statement, or concealment of facts is detected at any stage, even after appointment, the Lahore High Court reserves the right to cancel the candidature and initiate criminal proceedings.

  15. Right to Modify Advertisement: The Lahore High Court reserves the right to:

    • Shortlist candidates based on the number of applications received.

    • Cancel or withdraw any part of the advertisement without prior notice.

    • Increase or decrease the number of posts.

    • Reject any or all applications without providing a reason.

  16. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for test/interview attendance.
