Applications are invited for the following positions on a contract basis. Qualified and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
1. Position: Manager Security
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Must be a retired Army Officer, not less than the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, from a fighting arm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and the development of institutional security services within hospital premises.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for hospital staff, patients, and installations.
- Assess and mitigate potential security risks within the hospital through proactive measures.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with the hospital’s Security Management Plan.
- Monitor security updates from national and international sources to analyze potential impacts on hospital security.
- Regulate and control the influx of patients’ attendants and visitors to maintain order.
- Establish and maintain an incident reporting system, evaluating reports for necessary preventive actions.
- Develop and implement emergency safety and evacuation plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the authority.
2. Position: Assistant Manager Security
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Must be a retired Police Officer, with a rank of DSP or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Oversee the security team, managing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Operate and manage security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access controls.
- Respond to security incidents, including disturbances and breaches, with detailed incident reporting.
- Conduct investigations and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Identify security risks and design strategies to minimize vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and drills to maintain safety standards.
- Record and maintain data on security incidents and activities.
- Prepare reports on security operations, incidents, and trends for management review.
3. Position: Manager Outlet
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a large-scale cafeteria, ideally in a 3-star or higher hotel or similar large institution.
