Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar invites applications from Pakistani citizens (male/female) for the following faculty positions from all over Pakistan, while administrative positions are open only for residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. FACULTY POSITIONS

1. Lecturer Microbiology (BPS-17)

• Qualification & Experience:

  • MS/MPhil or equivalent (18 years of education) in Microbiology from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Relevant teaching/research experience preferred.

2. Demonstrator Positions (BPS-17)

a. Demonstrator Anesthesia Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Anesthesia Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

b. Demonstrator Cardiology Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Cardiology Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

c. Demonstrator Cardiac Perfusion Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Cardiac Perfusion Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

d. Demonstrator Dental Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Dental Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

e. Demonstrator Emergency Care Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Emergency Care Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

f. Demonstrator Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in MLT from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

g. Demonstrator Radiology Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Radiology Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

h. Demonstrator Surgical Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Surgical Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

i. Demonstrator Respiratory Therapy & ICU Technology

• BS/B.Sc (Hons) (16 years of education) in Respiratory Therapy & ICU Technology from an HEC-recognized university.

• No experience required.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

1. Office Assistant (BPS-16)

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s or equivalent degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Relevant experience preferred.

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Intermediate or equivalent (12 years of education).

  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

  • Computer literacy required.

  • Age limit: 18-35 years.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit KMU Jobs Portal and apply online.

2. Upon successful submission, a Bank of Khyber (BOK) deposit slip with a token number and candidate details will be generated.

3. Print the generated BOK deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable application fee at any BOK branch or via One Link ID.

4. Retain the original deposit slip with the bank’s stamp for future reference. Do not share this slip with anyone.

5. Do not send documents/testimonials to KMU after submitting the online application. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide documents at the interview stage.

6. The online application form will be available from 04 February 2025.

7. The last date for submission of the online application is 25-02-2025.

8. Candidates will be informed about tests and interviews via email. No separate call letters will be issued via postal or courier services.
