SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

The Board is looking for high caliber professionals with a record of successfully leading public or private sector organization(s). The candidates should have a history of significant achievements that contributed to the rowth, profitability or reputation of the organization. Prior experience of institutional transformation and change growt management would be an added advantage.
Financial Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC
Reporting to the C.E.O, the Financial Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC, shall be responsible for formulating, implementing and analysing the financial models and maintaining financial discipline for envisioned & ongoing PPP projects of the Corporation according to international best practices. He/she shall also be responsible for maintai ntaining close liaison with transaction advisers, interested private parties and financial institutions related to these PPP projects.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ntants or holding a Master's Member of national/international recognized body of Professional Accountan degree in Economics/Finance from an institution/university recognized by HEC.
At least 12 years post-qualification experience out of which 3 years in senior management position in Economics/Finance and has worked in/for PPP Nodes public or private sector organization.
Maximum age 50 years.
MONTHLY SALARY: Rs. 350,000/- all inclusive.
Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node of KW&SC
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node shall strategically plan PPP projects. . employing rigorous analysis of internal and external factors, market dynamics, and competitive PPP landscapes. He/she shall Engage with transaction advisors and other PPP entities to conceptualize strategic initiatives and devise Projects for meeting the goals of the Corporation. Moreover, he/she shall also be responsible to monitor and evaluate the implementation of ongoing PPP projects, track progress against key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments, if necessary, as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field. (4 years) from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC. Master's degree may be an added advantage. At least 12 years relevant experience, out of which has served as Chief Strategy Officer for 3 years
in large enterprise in a public or private organization.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience of ERP systems.
Maximum age limit 50 years.
MONTHLY SALARY: Rs. 350,000/- all inclusive.
Legal Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC
The Legal Specialist in PPP Node shall be responsible to Perform in-depth legal research/analysis and offer sound advice on all PPP transactions project documents and agreements. He/she shall assist in the development and implementation of Legal Documents such as RFQ, RFP and Concession Agreement pertaining to PPP projects, policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks for the PPP projects of the Corporation as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility. He/she shall also stay informed about the legal framework around PPP projects relevant to the water sector provide recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Masters in Law L.L.M/Bar-at-Law/Bachelor of Law L.L.B from a reputable institution/university
recognized by HЕС. Preference will be given to candidates Licensed to practice law in Pakistan with a valid Bar Council membership

Chief Security Officer
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Security Officer shall develop and implement a holistic security strategy
encompassing physical security and risk management of the premises of the Corporation. He/she shall also be responsible for creating and implementing security protocols, rules, and processes to protect KW&SC's resources and reduce risks. Additionally, he/she shall act as the primary point of contact for security of high- level delegations and government officiates as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors ellors in Security Management, Homeland Secur from reputable institution/university recognized by HEC Science & Arts sof Warfare or a related field,
At least 12 years of experience in any public or private sector entity with at least 3 years' experience
Chief Security Officer rin large sized organization.
Extensive knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security,
cybersecurity, and risk management.

mitigation plans.

MONTHLY SALARY: Upto Rs. 2,50,000/- all inclusive.
