The Policy Research and Advisory Council (PRAC) of KCCI is seeking to hire professionals for the following positions:

1. Head of Research

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Expected Salary: Rs. 450,000-650,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    PhD in Economics (specialization in Macroeconomics, International Trade, Finance, or Industrial Economics) from a reputable university.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • At least 10 years of experience in Macroeconomic Frameworks, Trade, or Industry within academia, government, or private sector.
    • Proven leadership in research with 5 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
    • Proficiency in R, Python, STATA, EViews, or similar statistical software preferred.

2. Senior Economist

  • No. of Posts: 2
  • Expected Salary: Rs. 250,000-375,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    PhD in Economics with specialization in related fields.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in Economic Research and Policy Analysis.
    • A strong publication record with at least 3 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
    • Proficiency in R, STATA, EViews, or similar software preferred.

3. Senior Researcher/Economist

  • No. of Posts: 3
  • Expected Salary: Rs. 200,000-350,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    PhD/MPhil/Master’s in Economics.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • Minimum 5 years of research experience in Trade, Tariffs, Taxation, or Agriculture in the government, private sector, think tanks, or academia.
    • Proficiency in R, STATA, and related software.
    • Experience in Business & Industry Surveys and databases preferred.

4. Senior Research Associate

  • Expected Salary: Rs. 175,000-250,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    Master’s in Economics.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • 3-5 years of experience in research or policy analysis.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Proficiency in R, STATA, or similar statistical software preferred.

5. Research Associate

  • No. of Posts: 4
  • Expected Salary: Rs. 100,000-175,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • 1-3 years of research experience.
    • Proficiency in data analysis software like Stata or R is essential.
    • Experience in Business & Industry Surveys is an added advantage.

6. Research Analyst

  • Expected Salary: Rs. 75,000-125,000
  • Minimum Qualification:
    Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Stata, and SPSS.

7. Communication Lead

  • Minimum Qualification:
    Master’s in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a research or policy environment.
    • Strong writing, editing, public speaking, and media relations skills.
    • Experience in digital communication platforms preferred.

8. Creative Lead

  • Minimum Qualification:
    Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience/Skills:
    • 6-7 years of experience in a creative role.
    • Expertise in ideation, concept development, and leading creative teams.
    • Proficiency in relevant creative software.

9. Graphic Designer
